  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Engraved items are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
  • To initiate a return, please email us at yoursjewelysj@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  • We will then send you instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue store credit for the full purchase price of the item(s) returned, except for engraved items, sales items.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Store credit will be valid for 20 days from the date of issue and can be used towards any future purchase on our website.
  • We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
