How do I track my order?
Tracking Number will be sent via SMS once your order is packed and ready to ship. The tracking number can be used to view information about your order once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system. Pre Order Items will be shipped out in 2-3 weeks' time while Ready Stock Items will be shipped out in 3-5 working days.
What should I do if my ring doesn’t fit?
If the ring that you have ordered doesn't fit well, you can reach out to us via Whatsapp. We will further assist you on this issue. Please do take note that we provide free resizing for 1 size bigger or 1 size smaller than the current size within one week of receiving the goods. Any other sizes will require extra charges. We will not bear any shipping fees to and fro.
Do you provide repair service?
We do provide repair service for items purchased from Yours Jewel. All you have to do is to reach out to us via Whatsapp.
How does the free cleaning service work?
Solid gold jewelry can accumulate dirt, grime, and oils from the skin, which can diminish its shine and make it appear dull over time. Additionally, exposure to chemicals, such as lotions, perfumes, and cleaning products, can also impact the appearance of solid gold jewelry. While gold is a highly durable and non-reactive metal, therefore it requires cleaning to maintain its luster and appearance. You can always send it back to us for cleaning but we will not cover the shipping fees to and fro.
